Warranty Policy

We provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Electrical faults under normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical damage
• Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as water resistant)
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Claims

• Proof of purchase
• Order number
• Product photos or videos
• Description of the issue

We may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
